TUITION PAYMENT PLANS
Your deposit is part of your tuition payment. The remaining balance is due by the beginning of your first workshop session. If you sign up in advance for all three weekends in the same quarter and wish to extend payment over time, tuition payment plans are available.
Following is a sample plan for a new applicant who has pre-enrolled in a three-weekend series with a $225 deposit and qualified for the $100 series discount.

REFUND POLICY
By making a deposit or payment for a workshop, you initiate an agreement in which a seat is reserved exclusively for you and others are turned away. For this reason, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable to any other person, workshop, or service.
Exceptions
If you cancel enrollment more than 30 days before the workshop: you will receive a six-month partial credit* toward a future workshop or consultation. In such cases, a $25 processing fee is automatically deducted from your payment before the credit is applied. For example, if you pay $225 for a workshop and then cancel your enrollment more than a month in advance, you will receive a credit of $200, which is good for six months.
If you cancel within 30 days of the workshop and if your seat is then filled by someone else: you may receive a six-month partial credit* toward a future workshop or consultation. In such cases, a $50 processing fee is automatically deducted from your payment before the credit is applied. For example, if you pay $225 for a workshop and then cancel a week or so before it begins, you may receive a six-month credit of $175, but only if another writer takes your place. If the seat remains empty, the remainder of your payment is forfeited in full.
*All cancellation requests must be made in writing. All credits are good for six months from the date on which this written request is received. Credits are forfeited in full if not used within the designated six-month period.
